Both the paperback and the digital edition are sold as pre-orders. Your card is charged at the time of purchase. The book has not yet shipped.
The digital edition is delivered by email to the address used at checkout. The paperback is posted to the address you supply. If we cannot obtain a delivery address from you, we will contact you by email before shipping.
If the book is not released, or we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
